All payments for subscription packages are handled by Bright Market LLC t/a FastSpring which is a PCI-compliant payment provider. Rivered does not handle any user credit card details.
Rivered subscription fees are purely for the use of the Rivered system and infrastructure, and are not to be interpreted as a payment for the content, nor do they imply any form of license between the original content rightsholder and the Rivered user.
Prices for monthly or yearly packages are subject to change on a monthly or yearly period. If you subscribe to a particular package but then change to a differently-priced package you will be charged or credited a pro-rata fee for the remainder of the package period.
If you cancel your account entirely you will be billed until the end of your current billing cycle and will not be refunded.

By using Rivered you agree that Rivered and Protane (UK) Ltd may gather your Email address and social media “handles” that we from time to time enable on the site. We may use this information to improve the Rivered service as well as other services built and operated by Protane (UK) Ltd. We may use this information to market services to you directly. We will never pass on user details in bulk to 3rd parties.
Rivered and Protane (UK) Ltd may also collect usage patterns about you, including how often you use the site, which parts of the site you use, and what your IP address is. We use this information to provide a better quality service and to improve the quality of other Protane (UK) services. We will never pass on this information to 3rd parties or make it public.
